If you didn't have hands the size of an Adorandak Chair the Naga buttons wouldn't give you problems. I have used the naga for about 4 years now and CAN NOT GAME WITH OUT IT NOW. Yes, the number of buttons can take some getting used to if you are abnormally big-fingered... but I have big hands (can palm a basketball) and no issues with accurately zipping through the naga buttons in the heat of battle.

Any of the Naga models Epic, 2014, or newer have buttons spaced out a little bit farther than the original Naga's, and are much easier to use for people with larger hands. There are other good mice out there, but after using a Naga for the last 3 years I could never go back to anything else for an MMO. The 12 buttons will really elevate your game if you build your UI around it, and once you get used to them.

Third'd on the Naga. I bought a 2014 Lefty Naga last year and it was definitely one of the best investments I've ever made. Touching on what Storm said, I organized my hotkeys into a 3x4 grid mimicking the layout of the Naga buttons and that definitely helps with the cognitive dissonance of seeing them laid out differently.

I just replaced my Death Adder with a Logitech G502, and I have to say it was worth the change back from Razer. I feel like the Naga just has too much going on, I didn't need and didn't want that many buttons on my thumb.
