Calling Internet company. Internet light is flashing instead of solid like normal

Also Orange instead of green? Idk if the color matters

Flashing light means it is trying to acquire a sync with your carrier. it goes solid once it is in sync. orange denotes upstream vs downstream as they both sync individually. sounds like something went boom outside your house.

I'm not sure. I just know it's not solid green/with occasional flashes vs the orange it is now. It is also raining so maybe that could be it but usually comes back up. Tech didn't say my service was cancelled/shut off

Power light is green however DS/US/Online are all Orange
