Well, it is just hitting the PTR so that doesn't mean next week...
But this isn't WotLK and if Blizzard means to adhere to its VERY "unofficial" timeline, then we are going to have to see patches at a much quicker pace.

Well, supposedly it will include at least the new Firelands raid instance with Ragnaros. And as Scorp pointed out, just because the PTR is launching, doesn't mean the patch will be tomorrow or anything, though this does seem much quicker than previous content patches.

There will be a raid instance... The Firelands.
And possibly another 5 man heroic in Vashj'ir.

I'm not sure you are gonna get much more concrete than PTR patch notes.

Accually, i guess a new instance would be good..

It would give us something to do other then heroics .

While I don't disagree that day to day playing in Cata was a little short on content - ok a lot, people are already back to running BC raids and all sorts of other stuff - if new raids / tier come out anytime soon, it's going to be real disappointing for non-ultra-hardcore guilds in terms of raiding, because we'll yet again miss out on seeing / clearing the hard-mode content at level and enjoying our gear for at least a short while.
