I need to create a website, and I'm looking for an easy way to do it. I've come across Weebly and, rather than research from scratch whether there are better methods, I'd appreciate any pointers from our more tech-savvy members.

The website will be static (meaning I don't need any flash or special effects) and it's meant primarily to provide information. It would have around half a dozen pages, but that's about it.

It won't have forums. The most complex feature I can imagine is a "Contact Me" feature or a way that the reader can submit an e-mail address so that they can be added to a mass e-mail list.

I will have the website domain, so I'm not looking for a free subdomain, if that matters at all.

If I'm crazy and there aren't any easy-to-use methods of doing this, please let me know that as well!

Depending on your needs, I've found that WordPress sites are extremely easy to setup and maintain.
There are two methods -

let them host the site http://www.Wordpress.COM (free and paid options)
or install their software on your website (free) - http://www.Wordpress.ORG

I use both methods for different websites and it works great.
