No such thing, unlike civilized countries, the states works there workers to the bone every week of the year.
Yeah the "workers" 2 weeks of summer break and the 36 hour work week, with manditory over time/comp time pay sounds good to me.
Nope in the states, they can say work 80 hours a week, no extra pay, no benifits, no vacattion, and when you are worn out and used from us working you to the bone, they can toss you out with out hesitation or notice.
That being said many good companies give fair vacation time to keep the good employees around, however many of those same do expect the 50-60 hours a week the last 10-20 being "non-compensated".
